This was a great property to work on. The homeowner and I did some painting on the trim throughout the house.
Once the property was cleaned we brought in the rental furniture for the living room, office, dining room, kitchen and Master Bedroom and Ensuite.
The results were pretty spectacular. The property sold with multiple offers and over the asking price. The property was listing for $749K and the final sale price $163K. That's $15K over asking even in the higher price range for homes!
