Complete home remodel. Transition from Cherry and Oak, to White Mouldings and Neutral Palette of various toned of grey. This once dark house with limited views, was transformed into a sun and foliage-soaked interior. Thin planked oak floors replaced with wide planked/handscraped dark hardwood. Some walls removed to convert home to Open Floorplan. Large Picture Window added to Great Room to bring in light and transform views. Kitchen Remodel consisted of replacing the dark pallet (cherry and black countertops) to white and grey cabinetry, neutral color palette, and stunning diamond-shaped backsplash. Large glass pendants. Main island was doubled in size and made to look like a piece of furniture, complete with turned legs. Sunroom walls were removed to open Kitchen Area and convert it to an elegant Breakfast Nook. Master Bath was also opened up by removing a wall-enclosed shower and replacing with large glass doors. A light color palette with large scale honed marble flooring and mosaic tile liners completed the bright transformation.
