This Project was New Construction. Brand new 56 story building in the heart of Panama City, Panama. This particular Condo was on the 44th Floor. The biggest challenge was working on the Construction Documents long-distance from the US. Since I am 100% bilingual, Spanish was not an issue. Ceiling and Lighting design were all custom, having to integrate a central air conditioning system without cutting through the stunning floor-to-ceiling 10' doors throughout. Finish selection, space planning, and furniture selection was completed as well. Complete success.
