Sponzilli selected trees and plants that would stay green throughout the brutal heat of the summer and change in weather during fall. Larger trees were planted near the entrances and driveways to draw the eye up and give the space dimension. Seating areas and walkways were kept simple with grass and greenery to optimize the flow of the property.
