We designed, and managed thru construction this major renovation of large ranch-style estate - 8 beds 6 baths 7,653 sq ft. We focused on transforming the large & ornate doug fir exposed beams, expansive floor plan, four fire places, and overall dark and dated aesthetic....turning this typical 70's mission style home into a current modern mission articulation, complete with a mud room/dog wash station.
