We designed all of the interior finishes for this modern California Mission style home. This house is the first of it's kind integrating 120 hand-carved solid wood beams to first act as built-in shoring to hold the ICF during concrete construction, then left in place to act as structural decorative design elements.

This home is a Passive Solar Green Build Design. This home has been specifically oriented on the true North/South axis in order to use the power of the Sun for year-round comfort.
