Our clients needed more rooms so going up was the best option here. Jess did a great design and we worked with the engineer to transfer the steel load points down to the foundations without compromising the existing kitchen and Living areas.

We used Shadowclad for the upstairs cladding which the carpenters installed very well off scaffolding in the middle of winter. The new upstairs area has a big bedroom and WIR, ensuite, study and Living room.

Chris, Kal, Jake, Luke, Jason and many others did a great job of bringing this family home to life.
