This job was originally drawn as a double-storey extension when we received the plans. We scaled it back to a single storey to be more cost effective and it worked beautifully. The 2 bathrooms were renovated and the new kitchen and extension look terrific.

The original house was in terrible condition, but we fixed it up and added the extension out the back. High ceilings in the Living room show the benefits of going single-storey.

Chris has done a great job overall transforming the old house into this beauty.
