For this project, we upgraded the exterior ceiling with closed-cell spray foam insulation to improve structural strength, energy efficiency, and moisture protection. The foam was applied directly to the exposed framing, creating a seamless air and thermal barrier that helps keep the space comfortable year-round. This method is ideal for exterior ceilings, overhangs, and porch areas where traditional insulation fails due to air leakage or temperature changes.
