The homeowners noticed many modern style homes going up in their neighborhood and asked me if we could change their mediteranian style home to more modern. So we set to work changing every window and opening from radius/arch to square. We boxed the round columns, removed the clunky foam trim everywhere, added a nice modern style stone, covered the heavy stucco texture with a nice a smooth stucco. After new paint and new soffit brackets the home now has amazing curb appeal and very proud homeowners!
