This project consited of a second home office and a powder room update.

The client's loft was previously used as one part kid play area, one part laundry zone, and one part makeshift desk area. We started with a beautiful wallpaper backdrop and added in custom built-in cabinetry, quartz countertop, seating, lighting, and personalized accents. Now this space is the perfect “second” home office that undoubtedly beats the pants off the “real” one.

The powder room was also updated with a bold wallpaper and paint color on the existing vanity, along with brass details and decor.
