We've been working on prototypes for factory built housing, single family of varying sizes, from a kit of parts. This scheme is 1,800 to 1,900 square feet with 4 bedrooms (or 3 bedroom and an office)--the main bedroom suite is on the first floor for privacy or use by a family member who cannot climb stairs. The current photos show the project in various stage of development, not all windows are in place--these are form studies. Modules are built in a factory and trucked to a site where they are placed with a crane on a foundation or structural piers, reducing the site building time.
