Clients had a finished basement, but wanted to do it over. The primary reason was to get rid of the carpet and make a nice laundry/storage room. The bathroom was marginal at best, and the laundry was completely unfinished. We also opened up the staircase to bring more light, along with the recessed fixtures. They were "thrilled" with the results..
