Fairfield County Living

This is my personal home -- and my new favorite room. Featuring my beloved colors -- pink and purple (what girl doesn't love those two) and some of most-treasured items, this is now a guest room where I would love to stay!!!

The writer's desk is an early 19th century piece -- French or Spanish -- the chair is 1940's Belgian. Wedding cake chandelier and painting are vintage.

The guest bathroom before. On the plus side - lots of square footage (at least in the vanity portion of the bath. On the negative (other than the wallpaper - dated vanity -- vinyl sheet flooring) was a 20" doorway going into the bath and shower area.

The guest bathroom was a nearly DIY project (we subbed out the sheetrock and tilework). Coming in under $6000, it features vanities, lighting, tub, and fixtures from Lowes and Home Depot. Mirrors and Accessories from HomeGoods.
