This client in Scripps Ranch had a high maintenance, high water usage yard. The homeowners wanted to transition to a low maintenance, low water usage landscape, along with updating the front and backyard hardscape. The homeowners do a lot of entertaining, and host large gatherings; thus, they wanted to remodel their whole yard for hosting purposes. All existing decks and patios were removed. A fire pit area with built in bench seating was constructed, along with an outdoor kitchen, new hardscape, new shade structures, IPE wood fences, fountains and new landscape lighting. The pool was also remodeled. Low maintenance, waterwise plant material was selected.
