Farmhouse Table Build

Our showroom is used daily by staff and customers to pull samples for projects. We needed a centralized place to work and decided on building a large table for the space. After looking at many different styles we decided to build a rustic farmhouse table. The style of table fits the look and feel of our showroom, and functions well for all of our showroom needs.

When constructing the table, we began by building the frame for the tabletop and then adding the board to create the top. After that, we constructed the legs and supports and attached them.

When distressing, several methods were used to create the aged and rustic look we wanted. We used various tools along with nails, screws, chains, and bolts to age and distress the table. We wanted to add another dimension to the table so we burned parts of the table with a torch.
