The Fenton Street project was built in the city of Edgewater, within walking distance to Sloan’s Lake Park. The design was driven by its location as well as strong site influences. The two-story duplex unit was designed and built with a full basement, first and second floor, plus a penthouse with a rooftop deck with great mountain views.
