The Iris Street project is located in the city of Arvada within walking distance to Jack B Tomlinson Park, and the soon-to-be opened Arvada Ridge Light Rail Station, on the G Line. This remodel project was completed to updated systems and finishes as well as the floor plan of a 1957 ranch home.
