A remarkable heritage renovation that took this 1880s Victorian home down to the studs, and rebuilt it with updated features, including a modern kitchen (and indoor/outdoor cat entrance!) Notably, this is the first certified Holmes Approved Homes Renovation in Victoria BC, meaning it was built to Mike Holmes' highest building standards for materials, energy efficiency, and health.
