My client wanted to finish a portion of their basement to create a play area for her grandchildren when they come to visit. She wanted to use fiesta colors. We used a drop ceiling in a fun pattern and painted a boxed in area bright yellow. Other fiesta colors used include a red countertop, 2 purple accent walls and green walls elsewhere. Another feature not shown was the addition of a pet door to the door that leads into the unfinished area of the basement for their cats to access their food and litter boxes.
