First Floor Renovation

This space was originally closed off into four distinct spaces that cut off the beautiful lake view from the kitchen and dinette. Opening up the space and creating a linear kitchen added function and beauty.

This Kitchen was completely closed off from the rest of the space and further broken into two tight rooms and a large closet. We installed a huge LVL beam that allowed us to open the Kitchen to the Great Room which affords a wonderful lake view and provides plenty of natural light.
