This 1920's home had an awkward 2nd floor apartment/ 1st floor garage addition attached. We renovated the addition to enlarge this home for a growing family. We removed the narrow hall entrance to the house kitchen and the opposing stair apartment entrance on the first floor and incorporated the one car garage to make a spacious mudroom, powder room, storage and office/playroom. Employing durable and classic materials we created a space that is a beautiful workhorse for the family.
