Complete transformation of an existing top floor flat in a period house in Putney.
The original flat was in extremely poor condition and in desperate need of a complete overhaul.
I developed the proposals through to complete detailed design and on site management.
All the lathe and plaster ceilings and walls were stripped so as to allow insertion of high-performance thermal insulation. The floor was also upgraded to incorporate a sound insulated system.
All the windows were replaced with double glazed units and the rear dormer was transformed into a Juliet Balcony.
The colour schemes and kitchen/ bathroom fittings were selected by the Client and have help to transform this space into a beautiful and comfortable flat.
