Small House located in the centre of Barnes Village. I was asked to extend the house on all levels, to the rear as well as to the side with a 2 storey addition which provides space for a new stairs and frees up the floor plan. The roof has also been extended. This was achieved using a combination of separate Permitted Development and Planning Applications which were approved.
