Flint Ln. was a simple basement repair due to water damage. Half of the basement was protected by a drain tile system that could not contain the amount of rain the area had in the spring of 2014.

We installed a drain tile system that completed the loop to protect the entire perimeter.

We reinstalled drywall, painted and replaced doors and carpet.
