Vale St. was an exterior remodel in Coon Rapids, MN.
We sided over the existing tongue and groove porch siding that was badly weathered.
We sealed all of the areas of intrusion and wrapped the porch with house wrap.
The existing soffit system was open rafter tails that the homeowner wanted to match the rest of the house, we boxed in the soffits and installed a vented aluminum soffit and bent aluminum fascia.
We installed primed LP Smartside shake panels on the porch and painted after caulking.
We also removed 2 large corner windows from the master bathroom over the corner tub and replaced them with operating windows at a height that allowed the homeowners to use the bathroom without the need for window coverings. We used the same LP Smartside shake around the new windows as a corner accent.
