Flipped Kitchen

The location of the kitchen and dinette were flipped to create an open floor plan and improved the follow and work space in the kitchen.

The location of the dinette and kitchen were flipped to create an open floor plan to the living room and better follow in the kitchen for an avid cook. A single door was also replaced with the three door slider to provide more natural light and easy connection with the outdoor deck.

Opening above sink provides the cook with a view of the front door as well as some of the living room. Guest can easily interact with the cook from bothe the dinette area and living room.

White iron handrail was replaced with wood and black metal spindles which updates the home and is keeping with the clean uncluttered design of the kitchen.
