A Catalina foothills ’70′s ranch was dated and cramped. The owners wanted to retain their mountain vista, but to update the home with a modern look. Three rooms were added and an entirely new exterior façade created. A tired faux Territorial design was transformed into a dramatic curved swept glass living space offering a splendid mountain view.
