Renovation and addition to a stately, traditional home next to Portland's Forest Park. The first floor plan was completely reconfigured to provide more natural light, better access to the backyard, and moe places for the family to gather. The existing unfinished basement was transformed into a one-of-a-kind retreat featuring a home gym, sauna, and theater room.
