The inspiration for "Foreverland" was the breathtaking views of the 1.8 acre site north of Silverthorne, CO and the interesting & unique demands of the creative Owners. Both husband & wife are writers from L.A. who needed private work spaces. Their offices were carefully located on the upper level on opposite ends of the house. The house has about 3000 SF of livable area and 1100 SF of garage, shop, greenhouse & basement space.
