The transformations of many of the rooms in this project were accomplished without any major construction or improvements. The biggest transformation happened in the kitchen by reworking the space to be more functional and removing some walls for a more open feel. We did a very minor remodel in the guest bath spending less than $1,000 to change the counter, paint and update fixtures. This project is a testament to how a space can be transformed without undergoing any major construction. Furnishings, decor, window treatments & artwork were key elements in making these spaces shine!
