This award winning project overlooks a small lake in Franklin Lakes NJ. The Project (designed by Drew Shepherd) features a lower stone retaining wall that actually doubles as the pool fence freeing up expansive views to the lake. The difficult sloping site was tamed by the vanishing edge pool, and stone walls. The project flows effortlessly from first floor elevation down to the lawn by the lake because the elevation changes were handled gradually as one moves through the landscape.
