The theme for this country estate in Saddle River NJ was "less is more" during the four years it took to plan and install the landscaping and home renovations. Although this is a 15 acre site, we actually encountered considerable obstacles in laying out the driveway, pool house and pool area due to zoning and setback issues. These pictures are just after landscape installation and will be supplemented when the garden is photographed during the summer of 2015.
