As an agricultural building inspiration this residence was designed as a "Second Unit" as defined by the county as an 840 max. sq.ft. residence with a kitchen and a "Guesthouse" which is 640 sq. ft. max without a kitchen. The two buildings in composition make up a creative solution to a residence without building the future main residence. One is inspired to be a wood barn look and the other, the master bedroom/library is a stone cottage look.
