Latest up to bat is the Midvale Project in the "Center of the Universe," also known as Fremont. An unloved, dilapidated house has undergone an amazing transformation! This is the lower level suite created from a five-foot partial dirt basement which was dug out, foundation rebuilt, earthquake retrofit and a long list of green features including a rooftop solar array. It is now a bright, comfortable, luxurious and popular two-bedroom, one- bath vacation rental called The Fremont Flat.
