With an aging existing wooden deck, our client sought a more permanent & useful creative outdoor living space. LCM PLUS designed a new steps to enter the proposed patio area, complete with an cooking island & grill, sitting wall, fire pit, and landscape lighting. The transformation of the space is amazing with the removal of the obtrusive deck and construction of the inviting patio space. The pillars adorning the sitting wall add to the character, and the under-cap lights set the most relaxing scene for outdoor living!
