After losing everything to a tragic fire in 2008, this family decided to rebuild in style. This 10K square foot home features everything Mode Audio Visual has to offer. Complete with centralized audio/video, dedicated home theater, 224 circuit lighting control system, robust enterprise class data network, full HVAC control, motorized shades, fireplace and fire feature control, security systems, hidden TV lifts, pool control, motorized gates, and intercom systems. All controlled with Crestron control systems, allowing the home owners to access all these features from anywhere in the world. Aaron Gieser from Mode AV created a warm, inviting lighting design and set up custom scenes for the perfect look whether entertaining or on a normal evening.
