New front porch with Ipe decking and Ipe railing system. All trim is PVC, some stock moldings and a lot of custom made pieces. New driveway pavers. Old porch was fully removed and new footings were poured, and a new pad for stairs. All exterior grade fasteners, and new aluminum gutters.
