Full scale kitchen bathroom renovation in Winchester with a small floating 1 story addition. We did a full gut of a 2nd floor bathroom, replumbed the entire house basically, and built a Ipe deck outside new kitchen. Bump out has copper raised seam siding. This project had a lot of custom details, floating shelves, floating benches, steel supports for island, cherry butcher block island, fixed Marvin corner window unit, all other windows are Intergrity's, custom steel supports buried in walls. All exterior walls we used closed cell spray foam. New maple floors with a UV cure. The list on this one goes on and on.
