Kitchen & Mudroom Addition to Cape Cod in Gahanna, Ohio.

With a 5 foot bump out to the back of the house, we extended the kitchen and added a mudroom/laundry space with a dog spa. We then opened up the wall to the family room and painted the existing board and batten paneling and added built-in shelves in the family room. On the second floor, we converted the unfinished attic space into a 4th bedroom and converted the existing 3rd bedroom to an office. The 2nd floor hallway maintained enough width to add a bookcase.
