Galley Kitchen in Century Home
Working with a motivated homeowner who wished to maintain the integrity of her historical home was inspirational for our design team. With a concept developed, we opened up each end of the existing kitchen space as much as possible. Thereby accomplishing an open views from the kitchen into the butler's pantry, garden room and enclosed porch areas while keeping her galley kitchen in the same historical footprint.
Dark blue painted cabinetry was the color basis. We had Bradley Stone Industries install white quartz counters by Aurea Stone. We added new walls and filled them with beveled, white crackled finish subway tiles. The existing ceiling beams were painted white and a new Subzero refrigerator with a Wolf range completed this lovely kitchen.
