We had an opportunity to work on conversion of an old studio apartment in Union Square into a modernized private office space. From remodeling the kitchen, bathroom, and work space, to sourcing light fixtures and special floor finishes throughout; this small space is now a roomier, more inviting place to get things done. We even installed new AC units to boost energy efficiency.
