Luminary is a coworking + networking space located in the NoMad district of Manhattan that caters exclusively to professional women, and we project managed the building process. The design was to create separate work and conference room areas to encourage productivity, and added a new gym complete with locker room space, showers, and even a beauty salon. There were also two new kitchens and replacement of the furniture and lighting throughout the space that were added to the project.
