We transformed three separate single-car garages into a beautifully designed one-bedroom, one-bathroom ADU, complete with an office and in-unit laundry. We maximized space and functionality, creating a kitchen with ample storage and generous counter space, while the open-concept living area feels spacious and inviting. This project blends craftsmanship and thoughtful design to create a comfortable, modern living space.

We also built and added 4 new storage sheds, one per each unit.
