The existing bath space was occupied largely by an expansive Jacuzzi tub and deck, with a corner vanity leaving little counter space. Th ehomeowner is a surgeoun, and wanted a hand washing sink adjacent to the toilet, hence the bowl sink in the toilet /shower area. This is the third project for this client (see Tuscan basement and attic for teens). They prefer a warmer traditional feel with wood tones in the tuscan rich stain. His and hers vanities are opposite each other with granite tops, as well as his and hers sides to the double walk in shower. The 'his' side has additional storage and the 'hers' has a make-up vanity space near the free standing tub. The bath is directly accessible through the Master Hall. Scope also included re-carpeting and repainting the entire master suite, hardware replacement and decorative lighting replacement throughout the master suite.
