Our client bought a new home and we executed a project to get the home totally ready for them to move into. First we discovered and repaired a major (unknown) roof leak and wall damage. We painted the entire interior of the home including ceilings, walls and trim. We refinished the existing wood floors on the main and upper level. We removed old carpet and installed new carpet upstairs and at the terrace level. We installed new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout the home. We changed out all electrical outlets and cover plates in the entire home. We changed out all plumbing fixtures in the entire home. Note that the fixtures were changed to oil-rubbed bronze, our client's preference. We installed a frameless glass shower in the Master Bedroom. We installed a new solid wood entry door as well as several other doors in the home. We faux painted the two islands in the Kitchen as well as the two bookcases and fire mantle in the Family Room. We tiled the backsplash in the Kitchen.
