This project was designed with a clients who had a background in construction. The house has a strong mining aesthetic throughout, down to the smallest details. The use of heavy timbers, raw metals, concrete floors, actual cart tracks embedded in the floor, a mining ladder, and even the light switches and lights embedded in the concrete floors, emphasize the mining feel throughout the house.
