The is a kitchen with the classic issue of having plumbing running through the soffits. We were able to removed the soffits and hide all the plumbing behind the stacked crown moulding detail on the wall cabinets. The void behind this moulding allowed us to hide all the plumbing/electrical obstacles without having to relocated them. The customer was really happy since this allowed them to stay within budget and not have to spend additional costs to relocate these items. In addition, this look gave the added detail they so badly wanted.
