Courtyard / Light well rendering - covered with a retractable Kalwall roof for winter, open in good weather.

A repurposed, free standing fire door is attached to the wall via an overhead metal track - and functions as a wall / divider and a headboard.

The roof-top penthouse is fashioned in part from a re-purposed water tank or grain silo as the dining area. A loft over the kitchen is accessed by a ladder. Re-purposed lockers function as pantry storage.
