This 1978 split entry was the same as millions of others. It needed character, but not of an applied sort. It needed to reach back to it's own forgotten roots; the Usonian house. Designed to be affordable, and made out of pedestrian materials in easy to use modules, the Usonian house was the pattern for the house for the masses. As a result, this remodel features common and local materials and repeated patterns and modules in a way that sets it apart from all the rest.
